Boxelder: Spring’s mood ring (follow up)
Just a quick follow up with a photo of the range of colors. All of the twigs below were collected on March 25, 2018 from boxelders in Centennial Woods within about 200m of each other. The two twigs on the left were dead when collected, the rest were alive.
