Hello everybody! My name is Luna and this will be my debut summer with Crow’s Path. I just moved up here to Vermont the day before training began to move in with one of my best friends and I am so excited to begin this new super fun time of my life. Before coming up here I was working seasonally in Great Barrington, Massachusetts for over a year doing overnight residential outdoor education programming with elementary and middle school students. During the off season last summer I worked as a New York State Boat Steward where I got to hang out at a boat launch collecting aquatic plant ID data and educating boaters and fisherman the dangers of spreading aquatic invasive species and how to prevent it. I also spent some time in Albany post-grad working at a New York State Environmental Education Center. In college I had the wonderful privilege of studying abroad in Guatemala learning about the natural ecosystems and coming up with sustainable solutions to take care of the water in the Lake Atitlan region. I even got to hike an active volcano! I am happiest when I’m exploring the outdoors and can’t wait for another summer full of learning and playing outside!
