Middle School Apprentices

Our Middle School Apprentice program is for both returning and new Crow’s Path kids who want to lead transformative experiences for younger kids. Each apprentice learns a range of skills that vary from camp to camp. Apprentices do not need any prior experience with skills at a camp, just a sense of curiosity and excitement to learn. They will also receive feedback and guidance on being an effective leader from staff.

When applying for Summer Apprenticeships, please indicate all camps for which you are available (ranked by preference). This helps us ensure that apprentices are evenly distributed amongst all of our awesome camps!

In the summer, apprentices choose two camps from our wide range of offerings (see options below) at which they will apprentice. Summer apprentices attend our week long staff training. They work directly with staff to lead games, facilitate activities, share stories, sing songs, and be an awesome role model for the younger camps.

We offer apprenticeships for our February and April vacation week camps during the school year.
