Apply for the Executive Director position

As we enter the next phase of our organization’s journey (one of ambitious growth), we are looking to bring on a new Executive Director to support the fundraising and logistic side of this process (in addition to supporting all current fundraising and logistic needs of the organization). Timeline

We are looking for the new director to start no sooner than April 1, 2025, but our primary objective is to find the right person for this job. With that in mind, there is no deadline to hire for this position. If the application below is active, we are still actively seeking candidates!

Process

After you submit the form, please allow 5-7 days for us to reach out. For qualified candidates, the next steps will look something like this:

  • Initial interview with hiring committee
  • Schedule a day to visit one of our programs
  • Complete a performance task to demonstrate relevant skills to staff

Compensation during the process: Candidates will receive a small stipend for interviews, visiting our program and the performance task.

Decision making: To ensure that the incoming director has the full support of our staff, any hire for this position will require unanimous consent from all current staff members to be hired.
