Careful with the Japanese knotweed… Banks sometimes refuse to give mortgages on properties that are have it on the land as it can cause damage to building foundations.
IF you do have some on your land make sure it doesn't spread. Don't cut it down because if you miss a tiny piece it will regrow into a whole new plant.
